Russian Finn Association - the main driving force of the International University Sailing Cup.  

RFA carries out many sport events at the territory of Russia as well as coordinates whole life of Finn class in Russia.

The central event of RFA is annual international regatta  Open Russian which collect around 70 sailors from many countries every year.

Russian Students Sport Union - the main authority of students sport in Russia. The International University Sailing Cup is organized with strong support of RSSU
